You retain ownership of content created on TrendMe but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, analyze, and utilize anonymized data to enhance AI performance, troubleshoot issues, and develop new features.

AI-Generated Content

TrendMe’s AI tools produce outputs based on user inputs. While we strive for accuracy, you assume full responsibility for verifying the legality, appropriateness, and factual correctness of generated content before publication or distribution.

Prohibited Activities

Users may not generate bad languages, inappropriate contexts when generating TrendMe in order to prevent any harassment, violence, argument, bullying behaviors These behaviors may not be lenient and users may result in account termination.

Third-Party Integrations

API or third-party platform integrations (e.g., social media, CRM tools) are subject to the terms of those services. TrendMe is not liable for disruptions or breaches originating from external systems.

Account Security

Safeguard your login credentials. Report unauthorized access immediately. TrendMe reserves the right to suspend accounts exhibiting suspicious behavior (e.g., brute-force login attempts).

Modifications & Termination

We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or technological changes. Continued use after updates implies acceptance. TrendMe may terminate accounts violating these terms without notice, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or harm to other users.

Liability Limitation

TrendMe disclaims liability for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from service interruptions, third-party actions, or user misconduct.

Dispute Resolution
